Theo never stops exploring places that represent the edge of the world and offer memorable journeys that have something new to teach him. He firmly believes that travelling the world improves your vision and grip on reality and makes you a much more well-rounded human being.

Being an admirer of natural landscapes, he seeks ways to protect the environment from human meddling, which leads to climate change and other catastrophic disruptions. His passion for “travelling the world” has led him to visit 92 countries in six continents. He has recently become part of the large family of the National Geographic Explorers, among other groundbreaking scientists, conservationists, educators, and storytellers. Since 2019 he is a proud member of the Explorers Club in New York, an international multidisciplinary professional society which promotes the scientific exploration of land, sea, air, and space by supporting research and education in the physical, natural and biological sciences. In fact, in 2022 he was named one of the 50 explorers who are changing the world .

His inner need to explore has led him to found the “Green Project”, a non-profit organisation that promotes environmental awareness through photo journeys and the YouTube channel Travelling with kids”, where he is hosting episodes with his family’s travelling adventures. Theo also participated in one of the Nautilus missions, experiencing remote exploration through live broadcasts from the ship.
